Shrouded Inswing / Outswing

Side mount door swings clear of work area. Pressure of liquid inside the tank provides a positive seal. Optional racking located below lover edge of door drains 90% of liquid and allows for complete door opening and inspection. Typically used in all industries.

Top mount inspection manway accommodates right, left, and top hinge locations. Cool-to-touch (outdoors) high impact PVC grip knob. Hygienic dome lid and narrow cross arms allow complete wash-down, no puddles. 360 degree locations. Sideswing action for low ceiling clearance. Typically used in all industries.

Bottom Cone

Bubble Outswing

2-Arm Rectangular Horizontal Hinge

16 x 21″
Heavy-duty 7ga outswing door and wing nuts swing free and clear of opening. Stainless steel wing nut assembly for extra strength with brass-lined wing nuts to prevent galling. Double cross arm for strong seal. Lower edge is molded to the slope of the tank for easy pomace removal and complete drainage on wine tanks.

One-Arm Rectangular Horizontal Hinge

Same heavy-duty construction as the 16 x 21″ Rectangular Lid. Typically used for the Econo-Tote.

Swing Lid with Spring Assist

Standard gaskets include Neoprene, Silicon, Buna, Viton and EPDM. ASME Rated. Typically used in pharmaceutical & high tech industries.

Polished or electropolished interior finish. 14.9 PSIG standard pressure rating. Top and side mount available in 316L stainless steel. Standard gaskets include Neoprene, Silicon, Buna, Viton and EPD. Non-ASME. This “food-grade” manway is typically used in pharmaceutical & high tech industries.

Sanitary Hinged Lid

Available with sliding doors, removable doors, and CIP-able options as well as double half circle hatches with fixed or removable bridge. Typically used in all industries.
